Where are you based?
We are based in Iasi/Romania and we work with clients worldwide.
HOW CAN WE DELIVER THE PRODUCTS?
You can send your products via post/fast shipping. Please drop us a line to discuss specifics and we will provide the shipping address.
How do we get our photos?
We provide a link to an online gallery.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes, we retouch all the photos we provide.
When do you return the products?
We will send back the products as soon as we finish shooting them. Depending on the number, we estimate minimum 7, maximum 30 working days.
Can you help us with the concept?
Yes, we are more than happy to come up with ideas, props for your products.

Can I attend the photo shooting?
We can schedule the first photo session with our clients on set, to align our creative views and establish the final direction of the project.
When will we receive the edited images?
Depending on the project’s scope (number of items, texture type etc.), we can deliver your images in a ready-to-use format in 7-10 working days after the shooting is complete.
What format are the final images?
Based on our experience with most of our clients, we will deliver sRGB JPG files. As per your request, we can deliver any kind of format (PNG, TIF etc.).
What type of products do you shoot?
We shoot a wide range of products, we focus more on medium/small-sized objects: cosmetics, ceramics, jewellery, candles, fashion items etc.
Can we change the artistic direction of an ongoing project?
Yes, we can rethink an ongoing project if you change your mind about something related to the concept. We may charge an additional fee for this service.
